About Us
Program Descriptions
CommonUnity, Inc. Is a 100% volunteer, 501(C)3, not for profit organization, that serves individuals, programs, schools, families and others who are in need throughout the state of Florida. We also assist in other states within the United States, when special assistance is needed. We are located in Broward County, Florida. We are an organization of approximately 40 lead volunteers. Our volunteers are a very diverse group of people that care deeply for others. We work with a wide variety of community partners: senior centers, schools, garden clubs, businesses, churches, and more. We operate year round; offering different programs and services throughout the year.
How You Can Help
There’s a variety of ways that you can help make a difference in your community, but one of the most effective ways is to assist with our many collections. Everyone can help collect items and items are always needed! Just about anything and everything can be used, as long as it’s in clean working condition. If you have items you would like to donate, please call us at 754-227-7738; once your items are ready, we will pick them up and give you a donation receipt or hours for school.
Mission Statement
To make the seemingly impossible possible for those who are physically, mentally, or spiritually disadvantaged, or who are in need of help where no one has given assistance; thus allowing people to develop to their fullest potential.
